Order Processing:
Processing orders will take about 2-5 business days. Any updates, processing issues, and completion of your order will be communicated via email.
There are no shipping options available, all orders will be picked up from location once your order has been completed.
Returns & Refunds:
No returns will be accepted. Orders will be reviewed upon pickup and cannot be returned once you have confirmed and picked up your order.
If your order has not been confirmed and you have not received any updates within 5 business days, please reach out via email. A refund will then be processed and made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
